Training opportunity in France for faculty

ICAM is inviting Ateneo academic staff to participate in a Staff Exchange under the ERASMUS+ program, offering an opportunity to collaborate and engage in innovative academic and institutional development.

Icam is issuing a call for Staff Exchange under the ERASMUS+ program, with the objective of covering the pointers below: 

• Understand and shadow Icam’s implementation and active pedagogy approach and re-integrate learnings to Ateneo’s upcoming BS Innovation Design Engineering program
• Collaborate with Icam on improving the Icam network’s implementation of a competency-based approach (and see how this is currently being implemented in Ateneo, and how it can be improved)
• Collaborate with colleagues on working on Icam’s Digital Campus and its implementation in Manila
• Understand and map Icam’s organization to Ateneo’s organization (Dean of Studies, Resource Manager, etc.)
