The Ateneo RIFE is hiring: Project Manager

Project Manager 

The Project  Manager will oversee project initiatives for research and partnerships, provide technical and operational assistance to implementing partners, and engage with relevant stakeholders for the dissemination of project outputs.

Project Period: One year

Work Set-Up: Full Time

Mode: Onsite/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Executive Director to develop the research agenda and ensure research initiatives align with organizational goals, support external partnerships, and strengthen the impact narrative for stakeholders, funders, and the sector at large.
• Manages initiatives to uncover innovation opportunities and emerging challenges in learning and education, ensuring end-to-end coordination of project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Represent RIFE in public-facing events and with external partnerships to expand thought leadership and networks.
• Oversees assigned projects’ budget and finance concerns

Qualifications:

• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, social or policy development
• Has worked in or has extensive knowledge of the Philippine education sector and its actor
• A plus if they have worked in education innovation / policy development / research
• Has project management experience and effectively works with internal and external collaborators
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, mulit-tasking skills
• Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability and flexibility
