Call for Nominations to the Search Committees for Dean for Undergraduate Studies, Dean for Graduate Studies, Assistant VP for Research, Creative Work, & Innovation, Assistant VP for Internationalization (Memo U2223-041)

As announced in an earlier memo (Memo # U2223-028), the University President will conduct the search for the following new administrators in line with the creation of the Higher Education Cluster:

1. Dean for Undergraduate Studies
2. Dean for Graduate Studies
3. Assistant Vice President for Research, Creative Work, & Innovation
4. Assistant Vice President for Internationalization

For each of the above positions, a Search Committee will be appointed which will go through the next steps of the search process:

• Creating a list of possible candidates;
• Interviewing resource persons and candidates;
• Recommending three possible names to the President

I am thus requesting the community to nominate possible members for each of the four Search Committees by emailing names to the Office of the President (president@ateneo.edu) on or before 3 December 2022.

The target is for the Search Committee to complete its report by February 2023 for approval by the University President. A decision at the start of 2023 will help ensure a smooth transition to the new Higher Education structure at the opening of School Year 2023-2024.
