Today, we wish our Muslim brothers and sisters a joyful Eid al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice, as they observe this festival of the prophet Ibrahim’s sacrifice, and the culmination of the Hajj pilgrimage.
A remembrance of one’s radical eagerness to accept God’s orders, may this feast remind us of the sacrifices we must make when asked, and to exercise kindness and magnanimity in any way we can.
