Ateneo Law has highest number of Bar passers from 2011-2020, says Legal Education Board

According to the Legal Education Board (LEB) Report on the 10-Year Performance of Legal Education Institutions in the Bar Examinations conducted between 2011-2020, the Ateneo Law School had the highest number of bar passers during the said period. According to the LEB report, the ALS produced 1,794 new lawyers in the country or 7.18% of the total bar passers in the country.
The national passing average of new takers and re-takers combined in the bar exams from 2011 to 2020 was 36.10%, while it was 46.25% specifically for new takers. In the 2020-21 Bar Examinations, ALS posted a 99.42% (99.64% first time takers) overall passing percentage with the national average at 72.28%.
In the 2022 Bar Examinations, the Loyola campus of the Ateneo de Manila University is one of the Local Testing Centers. It is the first time that said campus has been used as testing site, hosting over 2,500 examinees.
