Ateneo Law School holds baccalaureate mass for Class of 2025

On 19 July 2025, the Ateneo Law School community gathered in solemn thanksgiving for the Class of 2025 during the Baccalaureate Mass held at 5:00 PM on Saturday at the St. Thomas More Chapel, Ateneo Rockwell Campus. The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Fr Roberto C Yap SJ, President of Ateneo de Manila University, with Fr Antonio Roberto G Sian, SJ, Chaplain for Higher Education, as concelebrant.
In a heartfelt message to the graduates, Dean Jose Maria G Hofileña reminded them that becoming an “Ateneo Lawyer” is not just a title, but a continuing call to integrity, justice, and service. Dean Hofileña encouraged them to face the bar exam and their future legal careers with purpose and grit. He emphasized that being an Ateneo Lawyer “in substance is not based on your labels but is a constant, lifelong effort.” He concluded with heartfelt gratitude for the families, friends, and support systems who accompanied the graduates throughout their law school journey.
Fr Yap SJ and Fr Sian SJ both gave a special blessing to the graduating class at the end of the Mass.
