14 Sep 2025
The 2025 Philippine Bar Examinations unfolded over three days—7, 10, and 14 September 2025—across 14 regional testing centers nationwide. Among them, the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in Makati City welcomed 512 examinees to its Rockwell campus, joining the ranks of the country’s trusted venues.
As one of the Local Testing Centers (LTCs) designated by the Supreme Court, the Ateneo Law School committed to ensuring a secure, fair, and conducive environment for examinees. In the weeks leading up to the exams, preparations were intensive: classrooms were reconfigured, IT systems tested, security and safety protocols implemented, and teams were mobilized. The effort underscored the Bar not just as an academic milestone, but as a collective mission embraced by the entire Ateneo community.
Throughout the three-day examination period, the Ateneo Rockwell campus was alive with both tension and quiet determination. The Supreme Court’s presence added gravitas: several Justices visited, including Justice Amy Lazaro Javier, 2025 Bar Chairperson, who, on the final day urged the candidates to set aside doubt, summon their full resolve, and “finish strong.”
According to the Supreme Court, the 2025 Bar Examinations began with 11,437 candidates nationwide on Day 1. Results are expected in early January 2026, with the oathtaking and signing of the Roll of Attorneys slated for February.
For the Ateneo Law School, the story of the 2025 Bar does not end with the final bell—it simply turns the page. As the last laptop closed and the final answer was submitted, the Ateneo Rockwell campus exhaled in collective relief, confident that its aspirants had made a compelling case for their own future and for the future of the profession.
One Big Fight!
