Training opportunity in Spain for academic and administrative staff

The Office of the Assistant Vice President for University Partnerships and Internationalization (OAVP-UPI) is pleased to announce that the Call for Applications to the International Credit Mobility Programme for AY 2025-2026 under the framework of the ERASMUS+ in collaboration with Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona, Spain, is now open!
QUALIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS
This call is open to all Academic Staff (any field) and Administrative Staff.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a full-time employee of Ateneo while applying and conducting the mobility
- Have an appropriate level of the working language in order to teach or train;
Submit a Mobility proposal, signed and approved by the proper authorities - Submit all the required documents before the application deadline.
Note: Lower priority will be given to applicants who already received grants under Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA107) Programme.
The participant should also have a valid passport, with a minimum of six months validity from the intended mobility date and must have at least two empty pages. The program requires that the chosen participant be able to secure or have an existing Schengen Visa before the intended date of mobility. Additional reporting and return service requirements from ADMU will be discussed with the successful applicant.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Applicants must download and fully accomplish these forms:
- Mobility Application - Teaching
- Mobility Application - Training
- Mobility Application - Teaching/Training
- Invitation Letter/message signed by the hosting staff at UPF
- Endorsement Letter signed by the academic/administrative head of the sending institution
- Abridged CV
Note: Submit the applications well before the deadline in order to be checked, and errors corrected, if there are any.
