The ASOG delegation is led by its Dean, Dr. Philip Arnold P. Tuaño, while LtGen Ferdinand M Cartujano (Ret) PAF, President of NDCP, headed the College’s team. The meeting began with an institutional briefing on the college by Prof. Rej C. Torrecampo, Director of the Philippine Center of Excellence in Defense, Development, and Security (PCEDS), followed by a brief introduction of ASOG by Ms. Ma. Cristina M. Alikpala, Head of the Academic Program and Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Executive Education Program, and Ms. Ivyrose S. Baysic, Head of the Ateneo Policy Center (APC).
