Ateneo Family Business Development Center (FBDC) Research Grant 2025

The Ateneo Family Business Development Center (FBDC) is pleased to announce the Ateneo FBDC Research Grant, which supports pioneering research that strengthens the field of family business. This grant provides opportunities for faculty researchers to explore critical areas of interest such as:
- Sustainable Family Business – addressing environmental, social, and financial challenges through innovative solutions.
- Human Resources and Organization Development in Family Business – examining human interaction, organizational relationships, and leadership dynamics in family firms.
- Family Governance and Leadership – studying corporate governance frameworks that ensure accountability, transparency, and fairness in family business operations.
The program is open to permanent full-time faculty members of the John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM). Proposals may be submitted as Individual Grants or as Collaborative Grants (with at least two members).
Expected Outputs include a manuscript for submission to a reputable Scopus-indexed, peer-reviewed journal, as well as potential conferences, symposiums, or publications that contribute to advancing knowledge and practice in family business.
