Baptism Relay sparks reflection for Grade 5 students

Last 22 November, we Grade 5 students of the Ateneo de Manila Grade School were given the chance to recall our journey as members of the Church through our Recollection.
We started off with a fun, simple and enriching activity called a Baptism Relay. In this relay we recreated Baptism and had the opportunity to be the “baptized” and the “baptizer.” This allowed us to look inward and think deeper about our relationship with God. The Baptism relay was followed by a very prayerful experience where we reflected on God’s love for us.
I hope that everyone enjoyed the recollection in their own unique way, just as I did. I send my deepest appreciation to the people who made the whole experience possible and I look forward to the next recollection which I can hopefully enjoy with a new perspective and level of maturity.
