ASOG MPM Doctors to the Barrios renew commitment to public service

Marking the culminating activity of the mentoring journey of Doctors to the Barrios Batch 40, the Ateneo School of Government (ASOG) brought together mentees and mentors held on 06 February 2025 to articulate their personal commitment as public servants and community leaders.
Anchored on reflection, discernment, and purpose, the full day session provided a safe and affirming space for participants to integrate their experiences, insights, and learning from the program and from their mentoring activities.
In her appreciation message, ASOG Dean Jennifer Oreta commended the Doctors to the Barrios mentees for choosing reflection and discernment in the midst of demanding public service. She emphasized that leadership rooted in values, dignity, and humanity becomes most vital when systems are under strain and when difficult decisions must be made.
