AJHS delegate Sannie Pascua wins Best Position Paper at Poveda Model UN 2026

Ateneo de Manila Junior High School (AJHS) marked a milestone in its Model United Nations (MUN) journey at the 4th Poveda Model United Nations (POVMUN) held from 6-8 March 2026 at Saint Pedro Poveda College in Quezon City.
Sannie Pascua (9-Gelabert) received the Best Position Paper Award in his committee, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). The judges highlighted his paper as one of the strongest submissions in the committee.
This recognition celebrates the dedication and preparation of AJHS student delegates and marks the first conference award for the AJHS MUN organization, which is moderated by Jamaico Ignacio.
POVMUN 2026 offered participants valuable opportunities to engage in diplomacy, research, and international policy discussions alongside delegates from other schools.
