Dr. Deinla stresses the importance of the elections as some scholars have noted signs of democratic backsliding in the country. Addressing undecided voters, Dr. Deinla calls on them to fulfill their obligation to Philippine democracy and take their opportunity to choose our next leaders by going out and casting their ballots.
