Nine video lectures developed by the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS) are being featured in SDG Academy Library, an educational outreach program of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network. According to their website, SDG Academy Library “provides a platform to expand the reach of high-quality, open educational materials on sustainable development and distribute the knowledge as a global public good”.

(Left to right) AIS lecture series featuring Dr Delocado, Ms Favis, and Dr Cuyegkeng are now in SDG Academy Library

The nine videos produced by AIS are composed of three videos on the “Ateneo Sustainability Journey” and six video lectures which discuss the concepts of campus sustainability and sustainable value chain in universities. The six lectures are:

  • Defining Campus Sustainability
  • Identifying Your Campus Value Chain
  • Developing a Sustainability Strategy
  • Implementing Your Sustainability Strategy
  • Monitoring and Communicating Campus Sustainability
  • The Whole-of-society Approach to Campus Sustainability

Video lectures developed by AIS can now be accessed via SDG Academy Library

These videos were previously developed by AIS for "MOOC for Sustainability: Empowering Global Campuses", a free certificate online course developed by AIS with University of Turku in Finland, Lagos State University in Nigeria, Universitas Indonesia, and Zhejiang University in China. The MOOC was also previously examined as a case study to advance sustainability leadership in Posio & Delocado (2025).

The video lectures were previously developed by AIS for the “MOOC for Sustainability: Empowering Global Campuses” online course.

The videos features Dr Emmanuel D Delocado (AIS Director and Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology), Dr Ma Assunta Cuyegkeng (AIS founding director, The Lily Executive Director, and Professor at GBSEALD), and Ms Abigail Marie Favis (Assistant Professor at the Department of Environmental Science and former AIS Program Manager for Campus Sustainability).
