BARMM health representatives visit Ateneo for benchmarking

On 18 September 2025, members of the University Clinic (UC) at Ateneo de Manila University welcomed medical representatives from the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM) from the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) for benchmarking purposes to observe and discuss clinical practices, protocols, and innovations. This benchmarking was made possible through the existing partnership between the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG) and OCM BARMM.

The benchmarking commenced with a tour of the University Clinic facilities, which include two (2) ambulances, four (4) beds, and one (1) isolation room. Afterwards, UC and OCM BARMM representatives met at the ASoG Conference Room to discuss various topics of interest, including inventory management, organizational structure, health programs, and the use of electronic medical records (EMR).
